H. Martin Smith III - CHAIRMAN

H. Martin Smith, III (Mickey) is Chairman of Martin Smith Inc, one of Seattle’s premier commercial real estate investment companies specializing primarily in landmark office buildings. Mickey is also a Director of the Matthew G. Norton Company, a Seattle based real estate investment and management company. He also serves as a director of WasteWise, the Methow Valley garbage company, and CAMP Trucking. 

Mickey has extensive real estate experience, serving as the Managing Member of numerous real estate partnership and limited liability companies that own and manage approximately 1 million square feet of office space in numerous buildings in downtown Seattle.

P. RYAN Smith - PRESIDENT

Ryan oversees the management of Martin Smith Inc's property portfolio and operations. He was the third generation of Smith's to join the firm when he began his career in 2003. Ryan serves as a Board Member of the Alliance for Pioneer Square, Friends of Waterfront Seattle, and the Seattle Historic Waterfront Association.

Mark H. Astor
Senior Property Manager

Mark is responsible for the day-to-day operations and leasing activities for a number of Martin Smith Inc’s Seattle properties. Mark joined Martin Smith Inc in 2000 and has more than 25 years of commercial property management experience.

Mark previously worked as a project manager and commercial property manager for a local real estate ownership and development group overseeing commercial properties located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.

DANIEL BUCHER
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

Danny manages the day-to-day operations and leasing for a portfolio of historic downtown Seattle properties comprising over 260,000sf. He joined the Martin Smith Inc team in early 2022 and has over 7 years of commercial property management experience.

Danny previously worked as a Sr. Commercial Property Manager for a Vancouver, BC based real estate ownership and development group overseeing commercial properties located in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Bellevue.
